The Reclamation Project at the Miami Science Museum is an eco-art collaboration that explores our ability to coexist with the natural world. Through the project's videos and artwork, the project reminds us of what our urban communities looked like before all the concrete was poured. With the help of The Planet Channel, the project's videos reach a wider audience and engage more individuals about how we could restore our native environments amidst development and about how we could live in a balance between man and nature. The project communicates its mission, in part, through its videos that illustrate how eco-art is used to engage communities to take ownership of restoring and preserving their native environments.
